Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.

Pack and Ship

Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label securely to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Our team will inspect the items upon arrival, and once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
